There are multiple modes of communication such as 5G or home internet and it can be remotely managed by It’s Secure so you won’t have to worry about fixing any issues yourself

  • In rare situations such as extra large concrete walled buildings, Alula may need an extender for all of it’s accessories to communicate with the base station via bluetooth. We are happy to trouble shoot with you directly over the phone from our Australian offices. When needed extenders are $8- and will be sent with free postage
  • If for any reason after troubleshooting with our team over the phone Alula still doesn’t work for you, just send it back to us. Providing all components are in their original packaging and in a resealable condition we are happy to refund your money in full. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process
  • All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your Alula system. Postage is at your own cost unless there is a fault in the system
